Research and education into circular thinking and sustainability are important themes
Research and education into circular thinking and sustainability are important themes of Maastricht University's Faculty of Science and Engineering. Not only is there an urgent need to address these issues, but there are also enormous opportunities to train a new generation of circular engineers and carry out cutting-edge research to shape the circular economy together.
Maastricht University is at the centre of these developments, building on both our own experience as a university in state-of-the-art education and research, and being inspired by the innovative character of the people, opportunities and companies in our region.
The new bachelor programme in Circular Engineering is a unique way to explore the opportunities of the circular economy, while gaining a strong foundation in one of our three essential engineering concentrations. We designed this programme to prepare our graduates to design, develop and build technical solutions for the current and future challenges of the world. Become part of our programme and make change happen!
