Courses & curriculum 2023 - 2024

On this page you will find a course overview of our Bachelor in Psychology for both the English language and Dutch language courses. Note that: codes of the English programme will start with IPN-, and the codes for the Dutch programme will start with PSY-. Tutorials and exams of elective courses are in English. Coordinators may allow students to answer exam questions in Dutch. See the course manual or ask the course coordinator about the language allowed for answering exam questions.

The bachelor's curriculum will see some revision as of the academic year of 2024-2025. Please download an overview here.

Some courses include one or more practical(s). If you do not pass a related practical it is not possible to receive a pass for such a core course until you pass the related practical(s). In the Student Portal the result for the core course will be noted as a Fail until you pass the practical(s). Then the core course will be adapted in a Pass.

NOTE: FPN electives excluded in Grade Point Average (GPA). At FPN the 3rd years electives are excluded in the calculation of the weighted average  score of the examinations which are assessed on a ten-point scale.  This regulation also applies to non-FPN students!
