The master’s programme in Occupational Health and Sustainable Work equips you to tackle pressing challenges in today’s workforce—helping organisations and policymakers ensure the health and employability of workers, including those with chronic conditions or disabilities.
Occupational Health and Sustainable Work combines cutting-edge theories on health and labour participation with hands-on training in designing, implementing, and evaluating occupational health strategies. The programme is continuously updated to stay aligned with contemporary challenges such as technologisation and prepares you for a meaningful career in consultancy, management, policymaking, or research. Graduates are in high demand as leaders who create workplaces which are healthy, sustainable, and inclusive.
