Master

Strategy and Innovation

Are you interested in international business? Are you a team player with great interpersonal skills? Are you able to think creatively and find new approaches to old problems? Then the specialisation in Strategy & Innovation could be right for you. The specialisation is part of the master's programme in International Business. It's for students who want to know how to keep companies and organisations competitive through innovation and strategy analysis.

In the dynamic yet uncertain era of globalisation, companies that don't grow through mergers and acquisitions, expansions into new markets, or through the creation of new products and processes, will find it hard to compete. The Strategy & Innovation programme meets this challenge, teaching students how they can create competitive advantage for any sized business by implementing strategic changes and helping the company evolve.
