Are you a Bachelor's student now and do you want to follow the Master of Medicine in Dutch? And is Dutch not your mother tongue? Then, in addition to the Staatsexamen NT2- programma II, you need a course Medical Dutch Online. This course with e-coaching can be easily planned into your busy study programme. You will train both speaking and writing skills that you will put to good use during your internships. If you wish to follow a course at your own pace and at times that are convenient for you, our course with online coaching could be what you’re looking for.
This course, along with the NT2 exam, is part of the Dutch proficiency level requirements for the master in Medicine in Dutch language for students who have obtained the bachelor's ITM degree, but not completed their secondary education in the Dutch language. You will study independently with the book ‘Hoe zit het met staan?’ under the guidance of a coach who will work with you through Zoom. You will be able to decide with your coach when your online sessions will take place.
During your Zoom sessions, you will:
In addition to 10 Zoom sessions with your coach, which will last 15 minutes each, you will need to complete about 60 hours of independent study.
After the fifth and the tenth Zoom sessions, you will hand in a written assignment, for which you will receive feedback from your coach.

This course is for non-native Dutch speakers who wish to follow a medical master’s degree. To be able to register to this course, your Dutch must be at the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The CEFR provides a set of descriptors that can help you gauge your level of proficiency in any given language. Costs:
After completing the course you will receive a certificate. This course is considered to be worth 2 ECTS depending on faculty policy.
