Do you also know this person who always gets their way? They get the discount they ask for in the shop. They have negotiated a fantastic salary and a company car as well. Their colleagues agree with everything they propose and when you go out as friends, you always end up going to their favorite club. They always, always win a discussion. Wouldn’t you like to be this person? If your answer to the previous question was yes, we hope this course will change your mind. This skills training will not teach you how to get your way at all cost. This skills training will focus on resolving a problem with a win-win outcome. Instead of bargaining and quibbling your way to an outcome, you will learn to make decisions upon facts. If possible, you look for common ground, and where differences exist, you use independent standards to decide upon the result. In this training, you will learn to communicate in a nonviolent manner. You express yourself with clarity and self-responsibility and seek mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.VSK2011
