EPC Claim Drafting

Full course description

This course is specific to the MSc track of the IPKM and provides an insight to the theory and practice of of drafting patent claims. Students will be offered an insight into the translation of technical specifications in a patent application and the tools to draft a patent application that offers the inventor maximal patent protection for his invention within the framework of the European Patent Convention and in the context of preparation for the European Qualifying Exam.
