Global Supply Chain Management

Global Supply Chain Management provides a first introduction to the design, organisation, and optimisation of a firm’s supply chain processes, from the procurement of raw materials via production and warehousing to distribution and transportation in an international context.Tutorials evolve around student presentations and discussion of relevant literature and case studies. Normally, a subgroup of students will be responsible for an entire session, presenting a key summary of the required literature, as well as additional material, such as other academic articles, cases, and examples.
