"At the end of this course, you are be able to: - Reproduce knowledge on the genering engineering design cycle - Understand and explain basic engineering principles more specifically - Analyse principles of physics and engineering and perform basic calculations with characteristic examples in each engineering field - Apply the design engineering cycle to solve a simple problem both in written text and via graphic schemes - Demonstrate understanding of the context of engineering related problems and explanation in which societies and regions a certain engineering solution is most viable by searching and studying additional literature - Adapt to new and emerging technologies and recognize innovative elements in a design
